Shipping policy

Processing Time
Each Made Top Tier product is handcrafted in small, intentional batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery
We currently ship through USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 1–3 business days once shipped.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Made Top Tier is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, Made Top Tier cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ino@madetoptier.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.
